Privacy Policy
How Daemons LLP handles information across Daemons.ai and its assistant connections.
Last updated: October 29, 2026
Who we are
Daemons.ai is operated by Daemons LLP. This policy covers the corporate website, console, and Daemons.ai APIs. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@daemons.ai.
Information we collect
We receive account information provided or authorized through Intergraph sign-in, including your account identifier and email address. We store the Daemon names, purposes, instructions, published versions, tasks, progress reports, results, shared memory, source references, and activity you or your authorized assistants submit. We also store assistant connection metadata, permissions, authorization records, and credentials needed to operate those connections. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, store and organize your work, provide authorized assistants with tools and context, maintain task and memory history, manage permissions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support requests. When you contact us, we use your message and contact details to respond.
Connected assistants and external services
You choose which assistants may access which Daemons and which permissions they receive. A connected assistant can retrieve the instructions, tasks, memory, and results allowed by that approval. Information an assistant retrieves is processed in that assistant’s environment and may be handled by its provider under separate terms and policies. Removing a connection stops further authorized access through that connection; it does not retrieve or guarantee deletion of information already received by an external provider. Review the assistant provider’s data-handling practices before sharing sensitive information.
Infrastructure and disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, database storage, identity and authentication, and operational diagnostics. The current service uses GitHub Pages for the corporate site, Fly.io for the console and API, Neon for database storage, and Intergraph sign-in with Clerk-based identity infrastructure. These providers process information as needed to supply their services. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect the service and people from abuse. Infrastructure may process information in locations outside your country, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and browser storage
The console and sign-in services use cookies needed for authentication and session security. The optional Light, Dark, or System appearance setting uses a non-sensitive preference cookie shared across daemons.ai subdomains and retained for up to one year. Local development previews use browser storage for that setting. You can change the appearance setting in the footer and clear cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in. The corporate page does not currently include advertising trackers or a third-party marketing analytics script.
Retention and security
We retain information while needed to provide the service, maintain its history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Archiving a task or memory entry hides it from normal use or future recall but retains history; it is not permanent deletion. Revoking assistant access does not delete previously stored tasks, results, or memory. We use access controls and technical safeguards, including encryption of stored browser authentication credentials, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your Daemons, archive eligible tasks and memory, and revoke assistant connections in the console. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of personal information. Send requests to hello@daemons.ai; we may need to verify your identity and will handle requests subject to applicable law and any required retention. We do not promise that removing data from Daemons.ai will remove copies already held by external assistant providers.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current revision. Questions about this policy or how information is handled can be sent to Daemons LLP at hello@daemons.ai.
