Terms of Service

About these terms

These terms govern your use of Daemons.ai, operated by Daemons LLP, including its website, console, and APIs. By using the service, you agree to these terms and must have legal capacity to do so. If you use it for an organization, you must be authorized to act for that organization. Questions can be sent to hello@daemons.ai.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, the information you submit, your Daemons, and the permissions you grant to assistants. Keep account access secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You must use the service lawfully and have the necessary rights and permissions for the data, content, and instructions you provide.

How Daemons and assistants work

Daemons.ai stores instructions, shared memory, tasks, progress, and results. Compatible assistants perform work in their own environments. Publishing instructions or approving access does not start an assistant. You choose which Daemons an assistant may access and whether it may read, manage, or execute work. Assistants and their providers operate under their own terms. An access grant does not authorize actions beyond the rights you hold in external systems.

Your content and outputs

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Daemons LLP permission to host, store, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service and carry out your approved assistant connections. This does not give us ownership of your content. You are responsible for reviewing assistant-generated output, decisions, and external actions before relying on or publishing them. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not use Daemons.ai to violate law or third-party rights, disclose information without authority, send abusive or unlawful material, compromise other accounts, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. Do not use assistants to take actions you are not entitled to authorize.

Connections, history, and stopping work

You can revoke a connection in the console. Revocation prevents further authorized actions through that connection; it does not shut down external software or guarantee deletion of information already retrieved. Stop requests are cooperative, and an external action may already have occurred. Review task activity before retrying interrupted work. Archived tasks and memory may remain in history. Privacy and deletion requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party identity, hosting, database, and assistant services. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, including when needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, or legal obligations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful execution, or compatibility with every assistant. Keep independent copies of information important to you.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daemons LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy, updates, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of information. We may revise these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top identifies the current revision. For support, concerns about these terms, or account requests, contact Daemons LLP at hello@daemons.ai.
